This is the greeting of the Kundalini Yogis.

It means something like: Truth is my identity or my identity is truth.

And that is what Kundalini Yoga is all about. To be true - to be true to yourself and true to the world.

Kundalini Yoga is different from all other yoga styles. You will immediately become happier, connected to your very own core and you will quickly feel the refreshing and invigorating effect on your thoughts and on your body.
Kundalini Yoga doesn't focus so much on doing the physical exercises, but more on getting your own life energy flowing. This happens through the repetition of specific movements, through the chanting (singing) of mantras - these are sacred sounds - and through meditation.
It is not difficult and is also suitable for those new to yoga.
