Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is unlike any other yoga style. You will immediately feel happier, connected to your very own core, and you will very quickly feel the refreshing and invigorating effect on your mind and body.

Kundalini Yoga does not focus so much on the execution of the physical exercises, but more on getting your own life energy to flow. This happens through the repetition of specific movements, through the chanting (singing) mantras - these are holy sounds - and through meditation.

 

It is not difficult and also suitable for yoga newcomers.

Breathing is not only a necessary giver of life, but you can consciously use your breath to energize yourself, to calm yourself, to influence blood pressure, to get rid of anger and to invite joy.

In all types of yoga there are thousands of different breathing techniques - in Kundalini these are often combined with a repetitive movement. The effect is immediate and it's a lot of fun too!
